HQC Commerce Sdn Bhd Signs MoU with Guangxi Leading Agricultural & Livestock Enterprises Promotion Association

Nanning, China – September 25, 2025

HQC Commerce Sdn Bhd has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Guangxi Leading Agricultural & Livestock Enterprises Promotion Association (GLAA), marking a significant milestone in strengthening Malaysia–China collaboration within the halal industry.

The MoU signifies both parties’ commitment to developing and promoting Malaysian halal products and services within China’s agricultural and livestock sectors. Through this collaboration, HQC Commerce aims to provide technical guidance, halal consultation, and trade facilitation support for Chinese enterprises seeking to explore the halal market.

The partnership also complements HQC Commerce’s continuous efforts to expand Malaysia’s halal ecosystem globally by connecting local entrepreneurs with international buyers and distributors.

As part of this initiative, selected Malaysian products will be showcased at GLAA’s permanent exhibition center in Guangxi, offering greater visibility and access to potential investors and importers in China and beyond.

This collaboration underscores HQC Commerce’s vision of becoming a trusted partner in bridging Malaysia’s halal expertise with China’s growing market potential — paving the way for more strategic cooperation across the ASEAN region.
